Position: Junior Program Manager
After working on Brownell’s Leisure Team for 2 years, Caroline Mills made the switch to the Meetings and Incentives side. The knowledge she gained from working with leisure combined with her prior experience in the event planning industry has created a strong foundation for her current position as Junior Program Manager. Thus far, she has successfully planned and executed more than 10 programs both in the US and abroad.
Caroline’s overall goal when organizing a program is to create an experience that clients will never forget. She listens closely to understand the client’s needs as well as the overall feel of the organization. Caroline takes her role as an advocate for her clients very seriously, and she works tirelessly to ensure that the host property has a clear understanding of both her and the client’s expectations. She strongly believes in clear communication and gives each client her full attention so that the program will go above and beyond their expectations.
