Position: Vice President, Brownell Incentive Travel
Dan Basik joined Brownell’s Meetings and Incentives Team in 2014 as Director of Operations and has since moved to Vice President of the Meetings & Incentives division. He has helped plan and implement programs in England, Italy, Greece, the Bahamas and Texas. Prior to working with the Meeting and Incentives department, Dan was the Vice President of the Corporate Travel division. He helped companies manage travel expenses, negotiated contacts with vendors, and ensured compliance with travel policies. He also learned the ins and outs of planning travel for groups both large and small and applies that knowledge to his current position.
When planning an incentive trip, Dan works diligently to not only meet the client’s expectations but also to blow them out of the water. He loves the creativity that his team can use to craft a unforgettable travel experiences for each client. He wants every person on the trip to have such a fantastic experience that they return home with a determination to qualify for the next trip.
Dan enjoys being on the program to ensure that all of the planning is properly executed. He helped organized a program for over 500 people in Italy and Greece and loved seeing all of the details come together to create a trip that complemented the spectacular places the group visited. He understands the importance of rewarding employees who have met a certain goal or stood out in their workplace with a special experience and strives to go above and beyond each and every time.
