Your on-site planners are awesome, very detailed knowledge of the planning procedures, leaving no stone unturned. They are obviously relationship people, they are extremely thoughtful and pleasant to be with during planning meetings and trips. Very impressive presentations regarding destination recommendations, careful, thoughtful planning when it comes to travel, most of all excellent communication.
